Trick for Adding Contact us form to a specific page in blogger:

Blogger recently launched it’s official version of the Contact Form Widget. But, it works only on the Blogger Sidebar.
Contact Us form is always important for any blogger/publisher. It is an important way to communicate with your Readers in a convenient manner.

Not only it will help you to improve your services it will also make your community more reliable as Reader will able to communicate with you live.
If you don’t want to add the contact form to your Blog’s sidebar but want it to appear on a specific page, then this tutorial will help you in adding it to a specific page. I don't want the contact form to appear on my blogger sidebar.
So I have moved it to look nice in  a separate Contact Us Page.

Till no you did not add contact us page in your blogger then you will see how to add contact  form to blogger.
Previously i wrote a tutorial on Blogger Widget for Contact Us Form . So you will see this recent gadget added to blogger widget directory and that is a small contact form with two input fields for name & Email and a text area for writing the message.
Today if you use this Trick then you will also learn how to add this form to a specific page on your blog.

Using below custom version of this contact form by adding Some new CSS3. We have added the contact Form to a static page. You can add this Custom Form anywhere you want.

But first you need to hide default contact form from our blog sidebar by following below steps.

  • First Go To Blogger > Template
  • Then you need to Backup your template for safety.
  • Then Click on Edit HTML
  • Search for </head> 
  • Then you can  paste the following statement just above it. this will hide the widget on sidebar.

This code will only hide the default Contact Form your blog Sidebar.

Note:- Don't remove the Widget from the Layout of your blogs.

You can kept Contact us widget on the right or left sidebar, also in Bottom at footer.  But many bloggers wants to keep it in a separate page.
Following steps will shows how to add customized contact form to your blogger.

First Go To Blogger Dashboard >> Pages >>
Then you need to add  a New  Page

  • Then write your desired  Page Title in Title Tab then click on publish button to see this contact us form on your desired page.
